Both the FCW '97s (U12 Boys) and FCW '96s (U13 Boys) won tournaments over Labor Day weekend.

The FCW U12 boys secured top spot at our first invitational Premier Cup held over the Labor Day weekend at SUNY Purchase.

Joined by many of the best teams in the region in a very exciting two day event, FCW defeated E Fishkill 3-0 in the final game to secure the title. With a solid display of individual skill and team play, the B97 team did not concede a single goal in the entire tournament, recording five shutout victories and scoring 22 unanswered goals. Other teams participating in the tournament included BW Gottschee, DUSC, Brooklyn Patriots, Long Island United, Massapequa and Clarkstown.

Meanwhile, the U13 Boys won We won the HBC Labor Day tournament.

The squad won stage games 4:0 vs Massapequa Arsenal (the champions of Long Island Junior Soccer League 12-1 in spring), 6:1 vs. Smithtown Bulls and 3:0 over Brentwood Hurricanes. In the semis, the '96s won 5:4 in a PK shootout vs HBC Devils and won the final 1:0 against Massapequa Arsenal.
