To register for a team once you have been notified that your child has been selected to join FC Westchester follow the directions below for that particular team:
For 2000 and 2001 Pre-Academy Training Teams, the 1999 Boys Teams, the U14 Girls Team and the U17 Premier Team Only:
Once you are notified that you have made this team, you can register him/her online now by CLICKING HERE. ThIs online registration process is fast and easy; just follow the simple instructions after you get into the online registration system. Again, only players registering foReturning and new-to-the-club players r the 1999 teams, U14 Girls team and the U17 Premier Team should use the online registration process.
After you register via this online system, you must mail the following to Hilary Unger, FC Westchester Registrar, 214 Waverly Road, Scarsdale, NY, 10583:
o New to the club players must submit 1) a copy of their birth certificate or passport; 2) a completed medical release form (once you register, the system will email back this form); 3) two passport-sized photos, with player’s name, "FC Westchester" and team name printed on the back should be sent to our registrar.
o Returning and new to the club players must register online and also need to mail to the registrar the first installment of the club dues (you can submit a check made out to FC Westchester for the first installment of $350 for the 2000s/01s and 750 for the 199s, or pay the registration fee via credit card when you go through the online registration process).
Note: the online registration system for the 2000/01s, 1999 boys teams, the U14 girls team and U17 premier team consists of several screens...so keep on clicking continue until you get to the end of the process.
Fo the 1999s, U14 Girls and the U17 Premier team, the team manager will collect a check for $200 per player for a new uniform kit, which will include a blue jersey, a white jersey, white shorts, blue shorts, white sox, blue sox, a warmup and a bag. (For the 2000/01s, a uniform set is included in the registration fee.)
For the FC Westchester 1998, 1997, U14 Pre-Academy and U15 Pre-Academy Teams Only (Do Not Use Online Registration...see below):
o All 1997 and 1998 players, as well as returning players from the FC Westchester ’96 team and new-to-the-club U14 Pre-Academy and U15 Pre-Academy players need to complete a US Club registration form which can be found by CLICKING HERE.
o All 1997 and 1998 players, as well as returning players from the FC Westchester ’96 team and ALL new-to-the-club players then need to send to Hilary Unger, FC Westchester Registrar, 214 Waverly Road, Scarsdale, NY 10583 the following:
1) the completed registration form, 2) a copy of proof of age (player’s birth certificate or passport); 3) two passport sized pictures, and 4) the first half of the registration fee ($900) via a check made out to FC Westchester..
o Returning U14 Pre-Academy and U15 Pre-Academy players need not complete the registration form; they do need to mail to Hilary Unger, FC Westchester Registrar, 214 Waverly Road, Scarsdale, NY 10583 a check made out to FC Westchester for the first half club dues ($900).
The team manager will collect a check for $200 per player for a new uniform kit, which will include a blue jersey, a white jersey, white shorts, blue shorts, white sox, blue sox, a warmup and a bag.
For the U16 and U18 U.S. Soccer Development Academy Teams (Do Not Use Online Registration...see below):
o All players (returning and new to the club) accepted onto these teams will be given/sent a United States Soccer Federation waiver form shortly after being accepted into the Academy program.
o All players/parents (returning and new to the club) will need to complete that form and also submit a current health insurance card.
o New-to-the club players ALSO will need to submit a copy of their birth certificate or passport.
o All players must submit the first half of the yearly dues via a check made out to FC Westchester.
