REGISTRATION SPECIFICS (READ PRIOR TO CLICKING ON ABOVE LINK...
If your child has been notified that he or she has been selected to play on an F.C. Westchester team for the upcoming season, you can register him/her online now by going to the above link. The new online registration is fast and easy.
YOU DO NOT PAY YOUR REGISTRATION FEE HERE. For everyone but the U10s and U11s and our U.S. Soccer Development Academy Teams, THE FEE IS DUE TO YOUR TEAM MANAGER/TEAM TREASURER AS SOON AS YOU COMPLETE THE ON-LINE REGISTRATION PROCESS. U10s and U11s, as well as those on our U.S. Soccer Development teams, should submit the fees to Hilary Unger, FC Westchester Registrar, 214 Waverly Road, Scarsdale, NY 10583
After you register via the online system, here are the next steps for the parent and the player:
- Proof of Age: For everyone but U10s and U11s and U.S. Soccer Development Academy players, NEW players must submit a copy of their birth certificate or passport to their team’s manager. (Players who have played previously with FC Westchester do not need to supply a birth certificate.) For U10s and U11s and new-to-club U.S. Soccer Academy players this needs to go to our club registrar Hilary Unger (see below)
- Medical Release Form: Upon completing the on-line registration process, you’ll get an e-mail back from the system that will contain a link for a medical release form. The parent must complete that form and bring it to your team manager for everyone but U10s and U11s. U10s and U11s send this form directly to club registrar Hilary Unger (see below).
- Photographs -- Two passport-sized photos, with player’s name, "FC Westchester" and team name printed on the back should be given to your team manager (for everyone but U10s and U11s), attached to the above Medical Release form. U10s and U11s should send the pictures to club registrar Hilary Unger (see below)
- U10s and U11s and U.S. Soccer Academy players should send all above information to Hilary Unger, FC Westchester Registrar, 214 Waverly Road, Scarsdale, NY 10583. Other teams: the above materials go to your team manager.
PLEASE NOTE THE ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM CONSISTS OF SEVERAL SCREENS...SO KEEP ON CLICKING ON CONTINUE AFTER EACH SCREEN UNTIL YOU GET TO THE END OF THE PROCESS.
