Coaching Staff: This team is coached by Carlos Casas, a long-time youth coach and a former star player at Boston College, where he went after starring as a youth player at FC Westchester. After Boston College, Carlos played professionally with the Wilmington Hammerheads in the United Soccer Leagues. Working with Carlos is Sean Kenny, former assistant coach at nationally-ranked St. John’s and former head coach of NY Fever and North Jersey Imperials professional teams. While at St. John’s, the team won the 1996 NCAA National Championship. Working with Sean is John Hanna, one of youth soccer’s most successful coaches, having coached the FCW team that won the U16 national championship in 2000 and the team that won the U20 national championship in 1996.
The team is the defending WYSL age group champion. During the fall of 2007, the team will be participating in the U14 Cosmopolitan Soccer Premier League. In the spring of 2008, the team will take part in the ENYYSA State Cup and in the Super Y League.
