Former FCW Standout Stefano Miglioranzi Making An Impact for Columbus Crew
Former FC Westchester standout Stefano Miglioranzi is making an impact for the Columbus Crew as they prepare for their 2007 season.
His latest contribution: He played a vital role in the Columbus Crew’s 3-0 victory over FC Dallas in the first Lamar Hunt Pioneer Cup, setting three goals, including a pair of scores within a four-minute span, at Pizza Hut Park in Frisco, Texas on Sunday March 12.
Miglioranzi, a graduate of Eastern New York ODP, was a member of St. John’s 1996 NCAA Division I championship team after spendi0ng a year at Iona College.
Miglioranzi’s rights were acquired by the Crew from the Los Angeles Galaxy in Jaunary. Previously, he played in England for Portsmouth and Swindon Town.
