Andres Penfold tallied a hat trick and had an assist to lead FC Westchester to a 4-0 win over Met Oval Tuesday night in a U16 U.S. Soccer Development Academy match played at Purchase College.

FC Westchester got on the board in the 32nd minute when Parker Delmolino took a through ball from Gabe Stauber and was taken down in the box. Penfold finished the resulting penalty kick for his first goal of the evening.

In the 70th minute, Ryan McNamara took a pass from Penfold to make the score 2-0. Then, five minutes later, Penfold scored his second, off a nice pass from Michael Abraham. Three minutes later, Penfold completed his hat trick when he scored on a bullett from 18 yards out off a pass from McNamara.

Thomas Spenser had the shutout in goal for FC Westchester.

The U18 teams for both squads play Wednesday night at 7 p.m. at Purchase College.
