Purchase, N.Y. (April 18, 2010) -- FC Westchester got first half goals from Andres Penfold and Connor Preece to top the PA Classics Sunday in a U16 U.S. Soccer Development Academy match played at Purchase College.

Penfold scored in the seventh minute off a cross from Roberto Silva. In the last minute of play in the first half Preece dribbled by several defenders to score to make it 2-0, a score that held up throughout the second half. Alex Kapp had the clean sheet in goal for FC Westchester.

Meanwhile, in the U18 match between the two clubs Sunday, Brian "Cobi" Span scored early in the first half, but PA Classics scored two in the firat half and one in the second to win 3-1.

FC Westchester's U16s and U18s head to Washington D.C. next weekend to take on D.C. United Saturday and Potomac on Sunday.
