Goals from 4 Different Players Lead FC Westchester U16s to 4-1 Win Over Seacoast United in U.S. Soccer Development Academy Game
U18s Fall To Seacoast 1-0

Manchester, NH (May 8, 2010 -- FC Westchester’s U16s got goals from four different players as they defeated Seacoast United 4-1 in a U.S. Soccer Academy match played at Seacoast’s facility in Manchester, N.H.

FC Westchester scored in the 15th minute when Andres Penfold took a nice pass from Taylor Washington to make the score 1-0. Twenty minutes later, Penfold slipped a nice ball to David Alemany who slotted the ball into the goal to take the score to 2-0 a bit before the halftime whistle.

FC Westchester then scored early on in the second half when Brian Kenny put home a cross off a free kick by Taylor Washington. In the 55th minute, Cesar Ceja closed out the scoring when he took a pass from Penfold, dribbled a couple of defenders and finished into the right corner. Seacoast then scored in the 65th minute to make the final score 4-1.

Meanwhile, the FC Westchester U18s gave up a goal midway through the second half, losing to Seacoast 1-0.

FC Westchester's U16s and U18 next take on PDA next Sunday at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. against PDA at Purchase College.
