FC Westchester conducts a Pre-Academy Training program for players in the 2000 and 2001/02 age groups.

A pool of players selected via a tryout process are provided with high-level, professional training three days per week in the fall and spring and one day per week in the winter. Players can attend one, two or three practice sessions per week during the fall/spring. Players in these pools will also play in a limited number of games during the fall and spring and play in one or two indoor tournaments during the winter.  The program is conducted at Purchase College/SUNY on Anderson Hill Road in Purchase, N.Y.

The program is designed to be a supplement to the player’s home club program and as such,the players are strongly encouraged in the 2000 and 2001/02 age groups to play with their local club teams that participate in the Westchester Youth Soccer League, East Hudson Youth Soccer League or similar.
